Polymer Clay Millefiori Workshop - March 24, Monday 5-8pm
Polymer clay millefiori is a fascinating and versatile technique that allows you to create intricate and colorful patterns.
In this workshop we will:
Create long, cylindrical "canes" of polymer clay with layered patterns inside. Reduce these canes (make thinner and longer) while maintaining the pattern. Finally, we will slice the canes into thin cross-sections, revealing the beautiful millefiori designs. These slices can be used in various projects, such as jewelry, beads, and decorative items. We will be adhering the slices to the surface of a glass jar to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind vessels.
Come alone or with friends. Feel free to bring snacks & refreshments.
Ages 14 & up.
Minimum 6 students, max 12
